Job Summary

Kargeen Restaurant, Kottayam, is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to deliver excellent guest experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle guest enquiries, feedback, and special requests professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Assist guests with seating arrangements, reservations, and enquiries.
- Maintain positive relationships with guests and ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Coordinate with the restaurant service team, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow up on guest concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist with VIP guests, special occasions, and guest preferences.
- Maintain guest records and support reservation management when required.
- Promote restaurant services, offers, and special dining experiences.
- Maintain skilled grooming,



etiquette, and hospitality standards at all times.

Requirements
- Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, or hotel/restaurant operations is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Good problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with reservation systems are an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in hospitality may also apply.
