About the Role

We are hiring a polished, articulate, and guest-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) for a premium fine-dining restaurant in Bangalore, recognised by Condé Nast Traveller. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanour, and prior experience in a fine-dining or luxury hospitality environment.

The role requires someone who can create a welcoming first impression, manage guest interactions seamlessly, and deliver a personalised hospitality experience in line with the highest service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring a smooth and personalised arrival experience.
- Manage reservations, guest enquiries, seating arrangements, and walk-in requests.
- Communicate professionally with guests over phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Coordinate with the restaurant's service team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain guest preferences, reservation details, and special requests.
- Handle guest feedback, concerns, and special occasions with tact and professionalism.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the menu, restaurant concept, and overall dining experience.




- Ensure the reception and guest-facing areas maintain impeccable presentation standards.
- Build rapport with regular guests and contribute to guest retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service efficiency during busy periods.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or guest-facing hospitality roles.
- Prior experience in a fine-dining restaurant or luxury hospitality environment is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confident, articulate, and skilled demeanour with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong guest-handling abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience managing restaurant reservations and guest correspondence.
- Ability to remain composed and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-groomed, organised, and committed to delivering exceptional hospitality.
- Familiarity with reservation management systems is an advantage.
