Job Title: Guest Relations Executive (GRE) - Waiting Lounge

- 5 days working - Weekend off
- Working Hours: 7:45 AM to 5:50 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist guests in the waiting lounge.
- Ensure a positive and professional guest experience.
- Address guest queries and provide information as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest handling.
- Monitor guest comfort and promptly resolve concerns.
