The role: be the first hello

As a Guest Relationship Executive, you are the face and the host of our sales experiences, the first impression every guest carries home.

No two days look alike: calm mornings, full weekends, big launch days. Here's a glimpse of what you'll get to own. Read on and see if it feels familiar:

- Welcome people like they're coming home. Every guest and partner should feel valued from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. If people tend to relax the moment you smile, you'll feel right at home.
- Guide with warmth and clarity. Make the journey easy and friendly, hand in hand with the Sales team. If you can make a first-timer feel confident and cared for, this is your playground.
- Create an atmosphere people notice. Every space should feel polished, comfortable and welcoming, down to the little touches of hospitality.



If you're the one who offers the glass of water before anyone asks, you already think like us.
- Stay calm when the crowd arrives. Busy weekends and launch days are where you shine. If ten guests arriving at once makes you smile rather than panic, we'd love to meet you.
- Think a step ahead. Keep teams across VJ in step so everything is ready before the guest is. If you fix small things before they grow, you belong here.
- Remember every guest. Notice what people need and like, keep the daily reports and records neat, and use it all to make the next visit even better. If you're observant, organised and happy with Excel, Google Forms and a little help from AI, you'll thrive here.

What you bring

You've spent your career making people feel welcome, in hospitality, hotel management, luxury retail or events, and you know that poise and warmth are what people remember. You're comfortable moving between teams, and just as comfortable with a smile and a spreadsheet.

- Experience: 0- 2 years in a guest-facing role
- Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi, Marathi preferred
- Presence: A polished personal presentation and warm, confident communication
- Location: East and West Pune, in office, 6 days a week, including weekends and holidays when the day calls for it
