About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, analytical Growth Performance Marketing Executive with 2–4 years of experience, ideally from a SaaS or startup environment. This role is for a growth generalist who can move comfortably between strategy and execution across content, SEO/AEO, paid marketing, field marketing, and sales. You'll use data, experimentation, AI, and automation to identify opportunities, execute quickly, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and execute growth initiatives across content, SEO/AEO, paid marketing, field marketing, and sales enablement.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation, conversion, and ROI.
- Drive SEO and AEO initiatives to improve organic visibility, discoverability, and qualified traffic.
- Use HubSpot/CRM and marketing automation tools to manage campaigns, funnels, lead journeys, and reporting.
- Partner with sales to support GTM programs, demand generation, lead nurturing, and pipeline growth.
- Use AI and automation to accelerate research, content, campaign execution, analysis,



and repetitive workflows.
- Run growth experiments, analyze performance data, identify insights, and continuously improve outcomes.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, or B2B Marketing.
- Strong preference for experience in a SaaS, B2B, startup, or entrepreneurial environment.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot/CRM, paid campaigns, SEO/AEO, AI tools, and marketing automation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, experiments, funnels, and measurable outcomes.
- A “figure-it-out” mindset — comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, fast execution, and cross-functional work. MBA preferred.
