About the Role

We are looking for persuasive, empathetic, and target-driven Growth Consultants to turn warm inbound leads into long-term fitness success stories.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to potential clients, conducting 1-on-1 video consultations online. You will analyze their health goals, overcome objections with empathy, communicate the value of our high-ticket programs, and guide them toward making a life-changing decision.

(Note: 100% Warm, Verified Inbound Leads. Absolutely ZERO cold calling or lead generation required.)

What You'll Do

- Consult & Close: Conduct 3–5 high-converting Zoom video consultations daily with warm, pre-qualified prospects.
- Tailored Guidance: Actively listen to client needs, understand their specific lifestyle challenges, and recommend tailored fitness solutions.
- Lead & Pipeline Management: Perform timely follow-ups across phone, WhatsApp, and email to guide prospects through the decision-making process to closure.
- Hit Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
- CRM & Record Keeping:



Maintain meticulous data on client interactions, follow-up schedules, and deal statuses in our tracking systems.
- Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional, positive, and consultative customer experience from first contact to program enrollment.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 6 months to 3 years of experience in sales, teleconsultation, or business development (High-ticket sales experience is a strong plus).
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Hindi (Mandatory for transparent and persuasive communication).
- Tech & Digital Savvy: Highly comfortable on video calls (Zoom) and basic computer tools (CRM software, tracking sheets, email).
- Skills & Mindset: Excellent interpersonal skills, high empathy, strong objection-handling abilities, and a growth-oriented mindset focused on continuous self-improvement.
