1. Job Purpose

To design, develop, and maintain high-quality graphic designs, pharmaceutical product packaging artwork, promotional materials, and digital creatives in accordance with approved brand guidelines, product information, and applicable company quality procedures.
1. Key Responsibilities

A. Graphic Designing & Marketing

- Design brochures, product catalogues, posters, banners, presentations, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Create digital creatives for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing platforms.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colours, logos, and visual presentation.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printing vendors.

B. Pharmaceutical Packaging & Artwork

- Design and revise product labels, cartons, mono cartons, shippers, inserts, and other packaging materials, as assigned.
- Ensure that artwork is prepared using approved product information, text, specifications, and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with QA, Regulatory Affairs, Production,



and Marketing for artwork review and approval.
- Verify artwork details such as product name, composition, batch-related text fields, manufacturing and expiry fields, MRP, storage conditions, licence details, and statutory declarations, as applicable to the product.
- Incorporate approved changes and ensure that obsolete artwork is not released for use.
- Maintain proper version control and records of artwork files and revisions.

C. Documentation & Quality Compliance

- Follow applicable company SOPs, document-control procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements relevant to assigned activities.
- Maintain artwork masters, editable source files, approved proofs, revision histories, and approval records.
- Ensure that only approved artwork is shared for printing or production use.
- Report discrepancies, incorrect text, colour variations, or artwork-related issues to the concerned department.

D. Coordination & Administration

- Coordinate with internal departments, printers, packaging vendors,

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
