The Graphic & Web Designer will create and refine visual assets for digital channels, including websites, landing pages, email templates, and marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines. Daily responsibilities include designing user-friendly web layouts, producing graphics and illustrations, optimizing images for performance, and ensuring responsive design across devices and browsers. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into clear visual concepts, supporting front-end implementation, and maintaining consistency in design standards.

The designer will also assist in updating existing digital assets, conducting basic usability reviews, and preparing files for development and publication.

Qualifications

- Strong Web Design and Responsive Web Design skills to create modern,



user-centered interfaces across desktop and mobile devices.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and creating digital Graphics for web, social media, and marketing collateral.
- Basic to intermediate Front-End Development skills (HTML, CSS, and optionally JavaScript) to support implementation of web designs.
- Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch, or similar) and good understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Ability to interpret technical and clinical project requirements into clear, skilled visual communication.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and capability to work in a hybrid environment with cross-functional global teams.
