Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and visually appealing designs for social media, digital marketing, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.

- Design posters, banners, brochures, creatives, and other marketing materials.

- Develop creative concepts in line with brand guidelines and marketing requirements.

- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.

- Edit and enhance images, graphics, and other visual content.

- Manage multiple design projects and deliver work within deadlines.

- Ensure consistency in branding, visual quality, and design standards.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic design or a related field.

- Strong proficiency in at least one primary design/editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar tools.





- A solid portfolio demonstrating creativity, design skills, and previous work.

- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, and visual composition.

- Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into effective designs.

- Good communication skills, attention to detail, and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

- Knowledge of videography and video shooting.

- Experience in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.

- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.

- Experience creating short-form videos, reels, and promotional video content.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
