Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and execute projects from start to finish
- Design for various platforms including social media, print, and web
- Create engaging layouts, illustrations, and brand elements aligned with project goals
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials
- Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant tools efficiently
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience (Freshers can also apply)
- Software Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; familiarity with Canva or Figma is a plus)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines

Job Details:
- Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & skill)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 10% monthly (subject to performance)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Day shift (Monday–Saturday)
- Work Location: On-site (Bhopal office; company systems provided)
