Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 5-7 years of skilled experience to create visually appealing and impactful designs across digital and print media. The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills, branding expertise, and proficiency in industry-standard design software. The role requires collaboration with marketing, HR, business development, and corporate communication teams to develop engaging visual content that aligns with organizational objectives and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, presentations, and advertisements.
- Create digital assets for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and online promotions.
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs that support branding and business initiatives.
- Design corporate presentations and infographics for management and client meetings.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with content writers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and graphics for both digital and print use.
- Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure quality output of printed materials.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools,



and industry best practices.
- Create event branding materials, exhibition creatives, and promotional campaigns.
- Support internal communication and employer branding initiatives through creative design solutions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or related field.
- 5-7 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print design projects.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
