Job Overview

We are hiring a creative Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in social media creatives, digital advertising, product image editing, branding and print design. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, excellent visual skills and the ability to create professional, premium-quality graphics for digital and print platforms.

Candidates with experience in creative agencies, D2C brands, advertising agencies, beauty, cosmetics, fashion or lifestyle brands are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social media posts, Instagram carousels, stories and promotional creatives.
- Create graphic designs and advertising creatives for Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
- Design website banners, e-commerce graphics, product listing images and promotional banners.
- Edit and retouch product photographs to improve lighting, colours, reflections and overall presentation.
- Develop brochures, catalogues, packaging designs, labels and print-ready artwork.
- Maintain brand consistency across digital marketing and print materials.
- Create design variations for different platforms and campaign requirements.
- Work with the marketing team to complete creative projects within deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience creating social media graphics and digital marketing creatives.
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition and visual hierarchy.
- A portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work is mandatory.
- Experience in an advertising agency, creative agency, D2C, beauty, cosmetics, fashion or lifestyle brand is preferred.
- Must be comfortable working on-site in Indore.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days are preferred.
