About the Role:
Looking for a customer-focused Gold Loan Manager / Relationship
Manager to join Rupeek in Pune.
You will visit customers, appraise gold, process quick digital gold loans, and deliver a smooth experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gold Evaluation: Check gold purity, karat, and accurately calculate loan value.
- Loan Processing: Complete quick digital KYC and loan handover through the app.
- Customer Support: Assist customers, address questions, and build long-term trust for repeat business.
- Business Development: Generate fresh leads and referrals in your local catchment area.
- Safe Operations:
Ensure secure handling and transfer of gold ornaments to partner bank vaults.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Graduate or 12th pass with relevant experience.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years in Gold Loans, Gold Valuation, Banking, or NBFC sales.
- Mandatory Requirements:
- Personal Two-Wheeler + Valid Driving License.
- Practical knowledge of gold testing and appraisal.
- Good command over Marathi/Hindi and basic functional English.
