Role: Genesys Developer
Experience Range: 6 to 12 Years
Location: Chennai,Bengaluru, Hyderabad
Must Have:
Minimum 5 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners
1. Core Genesys Platform Knowledge
2. IVR Design & Call Flow development including secure flow & bots
3. Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML payloads
4. ProblemSolving & Analytical Thinking
5. Collaboration, Communication & Teamwork
Valuable to Have: Minimum 2 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners
1. Salesforce integration
2. Intent model designing
Essential:
- Design clear, intuitive, and customerfriendly IVR call flows
- Strong experience in Genesys Cloud CX
- Support testers (e.g., Cyara teams) with flow clarity and edge cases
- Support postproduction incidents and rootcause analysis
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver top notch code
Minimum Qualification:
- 15 years of full-time education
- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
