Roles and Responsibilities :

- Oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficient production, quality control, and safety standards.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to equipment maintenance, supply chain disruptions, and employee performance.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the pharmaceutical manufacturing process.

Job Requirements :

- 20-30 years of experience in plant management or a related field within the pharmaceutical industry.

- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency through process optimization and cost reduction initiatives.

- Solid understanding of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) principles and ability to apply them effectively in a manufacturing environment.

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
