We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and experienced General Manager to lead our operations, drive revenue growth and strengthen our market position.

Key Responsibilities

.Manage overall business operations and branch performance.

.Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

.Lead, motivate and monitor staff performance.

.Develop marketing strategies and generate new leads.

.Improve customer service and patient follow-up.

.Monitor inventory, reporting and operational efficiency.

.Expand business and strengthen brand presence across Kerala.

Candidate Profile

Proven experience in sales, business management or operations.

Solid leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.

Experience in hearing aids, healthcare or medical device sales is preferred.

Target-oriented with a focus on business growth.
