- Business use-case assessment Understand business workflows, identify AI opportunities, prioritize use cases and define expected outcomes.

- Platform evaluation Benchmark market-leading AI platforms through fit-gap assessments, demos and pilots; evaluate capability, integration, security, scale and cost.

- Implementation ownership Lead requirements, solution design, vendor delivery, configuration, integrations, testing and go-live.

- Stakeholder & vendor coordination Act as the bridge between business teams, IT and providers; manage delivery issues and post-implementation support.

- Business adoption Drive user onboarding, training,



process change and sustained usage across functions.

- Value realization Set and track KPIs for adoption, productivity, turnaround time, quality and ROI; optimize to achieve targeted business perks.

- Governance Ensure platforms align with enterprise data security, privacy and responsible AI standards.

- Working knowledge of GenAI capabilities, workflow automation, system integration, data security and privacy.

- Strong business stakeholder management, vendor evaluation, project delivery and change-management skills.

- Exposure to real estate processes and enterprise CRM/ERP systems is preferred.
