Job Title: GeM Executive / Government Tender Executive

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

YUK ENGINEERING is looking for a knowledgeable and result-oriented GeM Executive who can independently manage government tender portals, including GeM, IREPS and e-Procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle GeM, IREPS and other government e-tender portals.
- Search suitable tenders and manage bid submission.
- Prepare competitive L1 pricing and rate analysis.
- Handle GeM Vendor Assessment and OEM coordination.
- Prepare tender documents and check eligibility requirements.
- Understand EMD exemption, MSE benefits, GST and turnover criteria.
- Track bid status, technical evaluation, reverse auctions and purchase orders.




- Coordinate with vendors and manage tender documentation.

Required Skills:

- Practical knowledge of GeM and government tendering.
- Strong L1 bidding and pricing skills.
- Knowledge of Vendor Assessment and tender compliance.
- Positive computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
