Role Description The Gem Portal and Tender Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. This role involves managing the complete tendering process on GeM and other e-procurement portals, including tender search, analysis, documentation, and submission. The executive will prepare and update vendor registrations, maintain compliance documents, and coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial inputs.

Daily tasks include tracking tender notifications, maintaining tender status reports,



following up on clarifications, and ensuring timely bid submissions. The role also requires supporting negotiation processes, monitoring contract awards, and assisting in post-award documentation and record-keeping.

Qualifications

- Strong familiarity with GeM portal operations, government tender procedures, and e-procurement platforms.
- Proficiency in documentation, data management, and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to interpret tender documents, technical specifications, and commercial terms accurately.
- Good communication and coordination skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, time management, and capability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field; experience in construction or infrastructure tenders is an advantage.

- Knowledge of CPWD, local SOR guidelines, and basic understanding of project costing will be beneficial.
- Comfort with on-site work in New Delhi and readiness to adapt to evolving government procurement norms.
