We are hiring a GeM Executive to lead end-to-end government procurement and tender management for Eon's product lines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders on the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and other portals, preparing high-quality technical and commercial bids, and managing post-tender operations including documentation, Bank Guarantees (BGs), delivery period (DP) extensions, and payment follow-ups.
Roles & Responsibilities:
. Responsible for identifying bids for Eon’s products and services on GEM as well as other portals.
b. Submitting Technical and Commercial Response to the identified bids after taking inputs from other stakeholders in the organization.
c. Proactively identify opportunities for Eon’s products and services.
d. Create and Maintain complete documentation covering various projects as part of ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 implementation e. Preparing MIS reports for sharing with Management and other stakeholders related to bids submitted, current status & deliveries against firm orders f.
Visit customer locations at defined intervals for resolution of pending issues.
g. Coordinate with industry associations like SIDM, MIA etc for events, seminars etc.
h. Prepare and submit compliance to various regulators/authorities as required.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Electronics
- Professional experience of three or more years in GEM bidding and customer facing role.
- Independent, pro-active and able to work well under defined timelines
- Able to create and manage effective relationships with client personnel
- Good communications skills, both verbal and written. Should be able to write clear emails to customers, regulators and approval agencies.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
