About the Role

Skybook is hiring an experienced GDS Travel Consultant to support an overseas travel client from our Kozhikode office. You will handle corporate, retail, or a combination of both customer enquiries, delivering accurate and timely flight reservations and ticketing support.

If you are confident in handling bookings, ticket issuance, refunds and reissues, this role offers an opportunity to apply your expertise in an international travel service setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle flight enquiries, availability checks, fare quotations and reservations.
- Process ticket issuance, reissues, cancellations and refunds accurately.
- Interpret fare rules, calculate fare differences and penalties, and explain available options clearly.
- Manage PNRs, ticketing deadlines, queues and airline schedule changes.
- Support corporate and/or retail customers while following the client’s travel policies and service standards.
- Coordinate with airlines and client teams to resolve booking and ticketing issues.
- Maintain accurate records and minimise ticketing errors and potential airline debit memos (ADMs).

What We’re Looking For

- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in one or more GDS platforms:



Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo.
- Working knowledge of at least two of these GDS platforms, with strong operational proficiency in at least one.
- Practical experience across booking, ticket issuance, refunds and reissues.
- Good understanding of international itineraries, fare rules and airline ticketing procedures.
- Clear spoken and written English, with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries, meet deadlines and work independently.
- Willingness to work from Skybook’s Kozhikode office.

An Added Advantage

- Experience supporting overseas travel agencies or international customers.
- Experience handling both corporate and retail travel.
- Familiarity with complex reissues, involuntary changes and GDS queue management.
