We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Agentic AI and Voice AI to join our in-house Product & Technology team.
The role will focus on implementing Agentic AI workflows, developing AI-powered voice agents, and maintaining and enhancing our in-house legacy CRM. The candidate will work closely with the Product Lead to translate defined requirements into reliable, scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain our in-house CRM, including current features, integrations, and enhancements.
Build, and implement Agentic AI workflows and AI-powered voice agents.
Develop and maintain frontend applications, backend services, APIs, and database integrations.
Integrate AI solutions with the CRM and other internal systems.
Build workflow automations using n8n or similar platforms.
Test, deploy, debug, and optimise applications and AI workflows.
Maintain technical documentation and ensure application reliability.
Required Skills
4–5 years of overall software development experience.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Agentic AI and Voice AI.
Strong full-stack development fundamentals.
Experience with JavaScript and Node.js is preferred.
Experience building and integrating APIs and working with databases.
Hands-on experience with AI agents, LLMs, and workflow automation.
Preferred: Experience with n8n, AI agent frameworks, Voice AI platforms, and production CRM integrations.
