Job SummaryWe are looking for an exceptionally skilled Full Stack Developer – Tech Lead with 8+ years of hands-on development experience and strong expertise in software architecture, system design, and DevOps.

The ideal candidate should be capable of leading technical development, designing scalable applications, making critical architectural decisions, and managing end-to-end delivery while maintaining high standards of code quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance full-stack applications.
- Define and implement software architecture, system design, and technical standards.
- Oversee frontend and backend development, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Design and manage APIs, databases, and application infrastructure.
- Implement and optimize DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and cloud infrastructure.
- Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and establish development best practices.
- Mentor and guide developers, manage technical execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Take ownership of technical decisions, project delivery, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Robust hands-on expertise in frontend and backend technologies.
- Excellent knowledge of software architecture, system design, design patterns, and scalable application development.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, database design, and third-party integrations.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, containerization, and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of deployment strategies, infrastructure management, monitoring, and application performance optimization.
- Experience leading technical teams and making independent architectural decisions.
- Strong debugging, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing and managing large-scale, distributed applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with microservices architecture and modern development practices.
- Ability to balance hands-on coding with technical leadership and team management.
