Qualification | Graduate Experience (in years) | 8 | We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead to design, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable web applications and cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks, backend development, AWS serverless technologies, and enterprise integrations. Experience with Reltio MDM and leading distributed development teams will be an added advantage.

The Full Stack

Lead will be responsible for technical design, code quality, mentoring developers, solution architecture, and ensuring successful delivery of business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and maintenance of frontend and backend applications. Provide technical leadership to a team of developers and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices. Define application architecture, design patterns, and coding standards.

Build and support cloud-native and serverless applications on AWS. Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Drive API design, system integrations, and enterprise application connectivity.

Lead code reviews, performance optimization, and security best practices. Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical guidance during critical incidents. Support CI/CD implementation, release management, and deployment activities.

Mentor team members and support skill development within the engineering team. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, technical grooming, and solution reviews. Ensure scalability, maintainability, and reliability of applications.

• Scrum Expertise Strong expertise in Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe. Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and driving Agile best practices. Ability to coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and delivery excellence.

Experience managing multiple Agile teams in a complex enterprise environment. Delivery &

- Program Management Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Experience managing dependencies, risks, issues, and release planning across cross-functional teams. Ability to drive predictable delivery and improve team performance through Agile metrics.

Experience supporting Product, Engineering, Data, Cloud, or Platform teams.

Stakeholder Management

Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Strong ability to influence stakeholders across business and technology organizations.

Experience working with senior leadership to communicate delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans. Proven conflict resolution and negotiation capabilities.

Experience in enterprise-scale Agile delivery environments. Familiarity with Product Operating Models and value-stream-based delivery.
