The role You will write direct-response scripts and ad concepts, study how they perform, and improve them.

Day-to-day, You Will

- Write 30-second video scripts and ad copy with a strong pain-driven hook, built around something the viewer wants to run away from.
- Get to the conversion ask quickly instead of telling a slow brand story.
- Think in terms of broad targeting, where the message does the audience selection.
- Read performance data and decide what to test next.
- Study competitor ads, then create something new instead of copying them

You Are Probably a Great Fit If You

- Know Meta ads well, including creative testing and how the algorithm responds to different hooks.
- Write short, punchy, conversion-focused scripts.
- Think in angles, hooks, and pain points, and enjoy finding current ones.
- Are creative and curious, and would rather test ideas than manage spreadsheets.
- Can look at a plain-looking ad and explain why it converts.
- Uses Tracker (RedTrack, Voluum, Binom), an affiliate network (MaxBounty, Perform), spy tools (AdPlexity, Anstrex), experience with restricted verticals (nutra, dating, finance), or experience managing your own ad spend.
- Strong Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads experience, or a clearly demonstrated ability to write for Meta.
- A relevant portfolio of Meta or direct-response ads and scripts (see below).
- Fluent spoken and written English, including a short phone check.
- Availability for EST-compatible hours [confirm required overlap, e.g. 4+ hours].




- Willingness to take part in a paid trial.

- A relevant portfolio. This means real video examples of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, direct-response scripts, or ad creatives you wrote or produced, shared as a link (Google Drive, Notion, website, Loom) or as attachments; they are not doing static ads.
- Include results where you have them (screenshots, numbers, or a short description).
- What counts as relevant: Meta ads, direct-response or performance scripts, hooks and angles for lead gen or e-commerce.
- What doesn’t: general design or branding work, social media posts with no conversion goal, or a link to a generic profile with no ad samples.
- A short note on why you think one of your portfolio ads worked

What Happens Next

- We review your CV and portfolio first. The portfolio is the first gate.
- Shortlisted candidates receive a short personality assessment and a 2-minute phone call.
- Candidates who pass are introduced to our client for a 10–15-minute chat.
- Selected candidates start the paid trial.
