Job Title: Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack)

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite/Hybrid)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript , experience building RESTful APIs, and a passion for delivering high-quality software in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, scalable web applications using React, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB .

• Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs and integrate front-end applications with backend services.

• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code using JavaScript and TypeScript .

• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models in MongoDB and/or SQL databases .

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver new features and enhancements.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.





• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 2+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.

• Solid expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript .

• Hands-on experience with React , including component architecture and state management.

• Strong backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js .

• Experience with MongoDB and/or SQL databases .

• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, Git, and version control workflows .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GraphQL and NestJS .

• Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, or Memcached .

• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or React Testing Library .

• Familiarity with Docker , cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure, or GCP ), and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
