We re looking for a Front Desk Executive who enjoys meeting people, making guests feel at ease, and being part of the everyday rhythm of a unique retreat.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

Guest Welcome & Management:

- Welcome guests and enthusiastically assist them throughout their stay.

- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and front desk enquiries efficiently.

- Help guests discover and enjoy the various activities and experiences available at Savista.

Operational Coordination:

- Respond to all guest requests with warmth, patience, and professionalism.





- Coordinate seamlessly with the housekeeping, kitchen, and management teams to ensure a smooth overall guest experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Previous experience in a front-facing hospitality, reception, or customer service role is preferred.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to seamlessly interact with guests from different backgrounds.

- Skills & Attributes:

- A warm, welcoming, and service-oriented personality.

- Good organizational skills and solid attention to detail.
