Job Summary

Datameris IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and passionate Freelance Digital Marketing Mentor to train, mentor, and guide aspiring digital marketing professionals in core digital marketing strategies and AI-integrated marketing workflows.

The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on expertise in digital marketing, practical knowledge of AI marketing tools, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver engaging, project-oriented training sessions. The mentor will work on a freelance or contractual basis, supporting structured training programs, practical assignments, learner assessments, and real-world project exposure as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver freelance training sessions covering digital marketing fundamentals, advanced strategies, and AI-driven marketing workflows.
- Mentor freshers and junior marketers through practical exercises, assignments, and industry-oriented projects.
- Design and update training materials, case studies, assessments, and AI-powered marketing exercises.
- Conduct online or on-site training sessions, workshops, webinars, and one-on-one mentoring sessions as agreed.
- Train learners in SEO, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Digital Analytics.
- Demonstrate the effective use of AI tools alongside manual marketing skills to improve efficiency, creativity, and campaign performance.
- Provide hands-on guidance on ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, and other relevant AI marketing tools.
- Introduce prompt engineering techniques for generating consistent, relevant, and brand-aligned marketing outputs.
- Guide learners in working on practical campaigns, marketing strategies,



and live-project simulations.
- Evaluate learner performance through assignments, practical projects, and feedback sessions.
- Provide constructive feedback, improvement recommendations, and career guidance.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, AI tools, Google algorithm updates, advertising platform changes, and emerging technologies.
- Coordinate with the company's designated team to align training deliverables with program objectives.
- Submit session plans, attendance details, learner progress reports, and training outcomes when required.
- Maintain professional standards, confidentiality, and appropriate handling of company and client information.

Required Skills and Expertise
- Strong expertise in SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Practical experience with Google Ads, including Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn Advertising.
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Content Marketing Strategy.
- Knowledge of Email Marketing and marketing automation.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- Experience in keyword research, competitor analysis, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.
- Hands-on proficiency with AI tools for content creation, marketing strategy, research, campaign planning, and creative development.
- Basic to intermediate prompt engineering skills for marketing use cases.
- Strong presentation, communication, and knowledge-sharing abilities.
- Ability to explain complex concepts through practical examples and demonstrations.
- Strong mentoring, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage agreed deliverables, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Digital marketing certifications from Google, Meta, HubSpot, SEMrush, or equivalent are an added advantage.
- Minimum 4–6+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.




- Previous experience in training, mentoring, consulting, or conducting professional workshops is highly preferred.
- A demonstrable portfolio of campaigns, projects, or relevant professional achievements is an advantage.

Freelance Engagement Terms
- Engagement will be on a freelance or contractual basis and will not constitute regular full-time employment.
- Working hours, training sessions, project scope, and deliverables will be mutually agreed upon before commencement.
- Remuneration will be based on the agreed hourly rate, session fee, project fee, or contractual arrangement.
- Payment terms, invoicing requirements, and payment schedules will be specified in the freelance agreement.
- The mentor may be engaged for specific training batches, workshops, mentoring programs, or digital marketing projects based on business requirements.
- Confidentiality and data protection obligations will apply throughout the engagement.
- Any extension or renewal of the engagement will be subject to mutual agreement and business requirements.
