Franchisee Development Manager

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Full Franchise Lifecycle Ownership: Direct the end-to-end franchisee journey from initial outreach and deal execution through to onboarding, operational launch, and sustained relationship management.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Development: Source, engage, and nurture high-potential franchise partners across multiple acquisition channels to maintain a robust, high-converting growth pipeline.
- Qualification & Deal Closure: Conduct interactive business presentations, articulate investment requirements, address candidate objections, and evaluate prospective partners against financial and strategic operational criteria.
- Onboarding & Financial Administration: Oversee contract execution, invoicing, payment tracking, and structured onboarding protocols in close collaboration with internal operations and finance teams.
- Franchisee Success & Retention: Serve as the primary point of contact for recent franchisees to facilitate early-stage operational setup, streamline communication,



and ensure long-term network engagement.
- Strategy & CRM Management: Track conversion metrics, report on pipeline health, and optimize end-to-end sales processes to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly expansion targets.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: 3+ years in franchise sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, pitch, and objection-handling skills; proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Traits: Target-driven, persistent, highly organized, and comfortable speaking with investors and business owners.
