Work Details

- Company Location: Gurugram, Haryana
- Work Mode: On-site
- Working Days: 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities

- Client Communication: Manage client interactions, follow-ups, requirements, approvals, and
- relationships.
- Account Management: Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timelydelivery.
- Business Operations: Manage daily operations, project trackers, reports, documentation, and cross- functional coordination.client pitchdecks.progress.across teams.remain aligned.

Required Skills

- Presentations & Pitch Decks: Create professional PowerPoint presentations, business proposals, and
- Data Management: Use Excel to maintain trackers, analyse data, prepare reports, and monitor project
- Project Coordination: Track deadlines,



manage deliverables, and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Process Management: Identify operational gaps, improve workflows, and maintain efficient processes.
- Business Support: Assist with business initiatives, research, planning, and special projects.
- Documentation: Prepare meeting notes, client briefs, status updates, and internal reports.
- Follow-ups & Execution: Ensure action items are tracked, pending tasks are closed, and stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in client servicing, account management, or business operations
- Excellent organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and take ownership of tasks.
- Attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced setting

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
