Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Founders Office role based in Bengaluru. The role involves working closely with the founding team on strategic initiatives, including market research, business analysis, product planning, and go-to-market activities.

Responsibilities include preparing presentations and reports, tracking key metrics, coordinating cross-functional projects, and ensuring follow-through on critical decisions. The role also includes stakeholder communication, meeting preparation, documenting action items,



and supporting fundraising, partnerships, and investor relations as needed. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving ambiguous problems, and contributing directly to the growth of an early-stage startup.

Qualifications

- Need only a fresher with out-of-the-box thinking and the appetite to learn.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with knowledge in research, data analysis, and business insights.
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end, including planning, coordination, and execution across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presentations, documentation, and stakeholder interactions.
- Comfort working in a quick-paced startup environment, with a high degree of ownership and adaptability.
- Understanding of or interest in AI, edtech, and employability solutions; prior startup or consulting experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus but not required.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
