Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide warm, personalized service.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely service.
- Maintain menu knowledge and recommend dishes, beverages, and specials.
- Follow service standards, hygiene, grooming, and cleanliness protocols.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations.
- Handle guest requests and feedback professionally.
- Promote upselling to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
- Ensure accurate billing and POS operations.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in F&B; service.
- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
- Valuable knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Professional grooming and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
