About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Floor Supervisor to oversee daily floor activity in our automotive spare parts warehouse in Delhi NCR. The role involves supervising a team of 18–20 people, executing dispatch plans accurately and on time, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure orders are fulfilled without delay.

Key Result Areas (KRA)

Floor & Warehouse Operations

- Supervise daily inward, storage, picking, packing, and loading activities on the floor
- Ensure parts are binned, labelled, and stacked correctly for easy traceability
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping standards across the floor

Dispatch Execution

- Execute daily dispatch plans, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and handed over on time
- Verify order accuracy (part number, quantity, packing) before dispatch
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle loading and timely pickups
- Ensure invoices, challans, and dispatch documents accompany each consignment

Coordination with Sales Team

- Coordinate with the sales team on order status, urgent requirements, and priorities
- Update sales promptly on stock shortages, delays, or dispatch issues
- Support resolution of order-related queries from distributors and retailers

Team Supervision

- Supervise and guide a team of 18–20 warehouse staff




- Allocate daily tasks and shifts, and monitor productivity of each team member
- Track attendance, punctuality, and discipline on the floor
- Train staff on correct handling, picking, packing, and safety practices
- Escalate team grievances and performance issues to the Floor Manager / HR

Reporting & Records

- Maintain daily records of inward, outward, and stock movement
- Share daily dispatch and stock reports with the Floor Manager / management using MS Excel
- Follow company warehouse SOPs and support audits

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Prior experience in warehouse/floor supervision, preferably in automotive spare parts
- Experience handling a team of 18–20 people
- Positive communication skills (verbal and written) in Hindi and English
- Knowledge of dispatch processes, inventory control, and warehouse operations
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic inventory/ERP software
- Ability to coordinate effectively with sales and logistics teams
