Experience: 7 to 12 Years

Experience Requirements

- 712 years of overall experience, with relevant experience in commercial fit-out projects.
- Proven experience managing tenant fit-outs in Grade-A commercial office buildings.
- Exposure to corporate office fit-outs, business parks, IT parks, or mixed-use developments.
- Positive understanding of civil, architectural, interior finishing, and MEP coordination activities.
- Knowledge of building services, fire and life safety requirements, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Experience managing multiple contractors, tenant requirements, drawing approvals, inspections, and project handovers.
- Strong knowledge of site safety, quality control, project scheduling, and building compliance requirements.

Educational Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Additional qualifications or certifications in project management, construction management, or interior fit-out execution will be an advantage.
