Qualification & Experience

- Diploma/ITI in Fire Technology / Fireman Trade / Electrician

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in fire protection and fire alarm systems

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain fire alarm systems, hydrants, sprinklers, fire pumps, extinguishers, smoke and heat detectors, and emergency lighting.

- Conduct preventive maintenance, testing, and breakdown repairs.

- Troubleshoot fire safety systems.

- Assist in installation, commissioning, and modifications.

- Maintain inspection logs, service records, and equipment inventory.

- Supervise AMC contractors and ensure compliance.

- Inspect fire exits, escape routes, and emergency equipment.

- Respond to emergencies and fire alarms.

- Maintain extinguisher servicing and refilling records.

Desired Skills

- Knowledge of fire detection and firefighting systems.

- Familiarity with hydrants, sprinklers, fire pumps, and emergency lighting.

- Ability to read fire system drawings and layouts.

- Basic computer proficiency.
