Job Title: Business Development Executive – Fintech

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra

Salary Range: ₹3 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in fintech or digital lending, preferably in small-loan products offered through mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote loan products and generate customer leads.
- Drive customer acquisition and loan disbursements.
- Develop business opportunities and channel partnerships.
- Manage loan marketing and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly business targets.

Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in fintech, NBFC, or digital lending.
- Experience in loan marketing and customer acquisition.
- Understanding of digital loan applications and disbursement processes.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Preferred: Experience with small-ticket loan apps and channel partners. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
