Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely book closure.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
- Review financial statements, schedules, reconciliations, and management reports.
- Solid monitor in cash flow, working capital, and financial controls.

MIS & Financial Reporting

- Prepare and present monthly MIS, financial performance reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Develop dashboards and management reports for senior leadership and investors.
- Provide actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency for senior management
- Experience in investor management will be preferred.

Audit & Compliance

- Lead and coordinate Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Tax Audits, and other regulatory audits.
- Ensure timely closure of audit observations and implementation of recommendations.
- Review and strengthen internal financial controls and governance processes.

Monthly & Annual Compliance

- Ensure timely review and filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Law compliances, and other statutory returns.
- Monitor monthly tax deductions, payments, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee annual compliances including preparation of audit schedules, statutory filings, financial statements, and regulatory reporting.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities on compliance matters.

Receivables & Reconciliations

- Drive debtor management, customer reconciliations, ageing analysis, and collection efficiency.
- Ensure periodic balance confirmations and reconciliation of key accounts.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and recommend corrective actions.

Automation & ERP

- Lead ERP implementation, stabilization, enhancement, and integration projects across finance and business functions.
- Drive finance process automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and control.
- Develop automated MIS dashboards, workflow approvals, and reporting tools.
- Partner with IT and business teams to optimize ERP utilization and implement best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and cost optimization through technology.

Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in Financial Accounting, MIS, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis.
- Proven experience in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and monthly and Annual Compliance Management.
- Excellent knowledge of Debtor reconciliation of hospital industry and strong monitority of cashflow and working capital management.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas, Dashboards, Financial Models).
- Experience with ERP and HIS systems and healthcare finance processes preferred.
- Experience in ERP implementation, enhancement, and integration projects across finance and business functions.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to interact with senior management, investors, auditors, and bankers.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Analytical thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience

- Position: Financial Manager
- Experience: 15+ years of post-qualification experience, with at least 5-6 years in a managerial role.
- Industry Preference: Healthcare / Hospital Industry
- Qualification: CA / MBA Finance Preferred
