What You’ll Own

- Business Finance & Unit Economics: Drive capital allocation, profitability, margins, and contribution economics.
- Decision Support: Build financial models to support pricing, market expansion, inventory, and marketing investments.
- Margin & Leakage Control: Reduce financial leakages by 40% and discounting by 20% through better controls and automation.
- Cash & Working Capital: Own cash forecasting, treasury, FX exposure, funding plans, and reduce corporate receivables to 15 days.
- FP&A;: Lead annual planning, rolling forecasts, and monthly variance analysis with a focus on forecast accuracy.
- Controllership & Compliance: Ensure timely closing, reconciliations, GST/TDS/TCS compliance, audits, and group filings.
- Team Leadership & Automation: Lead a 25-member finance team, streamline operations, and reduce manual work and headcount through automation and AI.

How We Expect You to Work

- Automate repetitive finance processes using rule-based systems.




- Use AI agents for complex tasks involving contextual decisions, reconciliation, collections, and leakage detection.
- Scale transaction volumes while reducing finance team size without compromising quality or controls.

Who We’re Looking For

- CA qualified
- 9–15 years of experience, primarily in business finance and FP&A.;
- Strong expertise in unit economics, costing, contribution margins, and P&L; ownership.
- Hands-on experience in cash flow management and working capital.
- Proven track record of finance automation using modern data tools and AI.
- Ability to scale operations while maintaining or reducing finance headcount.
- Comfortable partnering with a fast-paced, demanding founder.
- Reliable career history with experience in well-run, cash-conscious businesses.
