Role Description The Financial Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The Financial

Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing and interpreting financial reports, and supporting financial planning and forecasting activities. Daily tasks include reviewing financial statements, monitoring key performance metrics, and providing insights to support business decisions and profitability initiatives.



The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve efficiency and results.

The Financial

Analyst will also assist in budgeting processes, variance analysis, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge, including Financial Planning and Financial Reporting.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for interpreting Financial Statements and complex datasets.
- Relevant experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools, with familiarity in data visualization or BI platforms, is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
