Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting for the firm. The role manages accounting processes, monitors expenses, reviews invoices, and ensures timely payments and collections.

The Finance

Manager prepares management reports and analyses to support strategic decisions, tracks key performance indicators, and contributes to financial planning and risk management. The role also coordinates with external auditors, maintains compliance with relevant regulations,



and collaborates with senior leadership to streamline financial processes and support business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, including experience managing cash flow and financial performance.
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and variance analysis, with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
- Experience with financial controls, compliance, and audit coordination, preferably within professional services or law firm environments.
- Comfort with financial software and ERP tools, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to optimize financial processes and workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical reasoning skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a collaborative, high-performance environment and manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a finance leadership or managerial role, ideally within legal, consulting, or other professional services organizations.
