Job Title: Finance Manager – Garments Manufacturing

Salary: Up to 5 LPA

Experience: 2+ years (Full-time)

: We are looking for an experienced and analytical Finance Manager to lead the finance and accounting functions for our growing garments manufacturing operations in Hyderabad. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO to drive financial strategy, optimize production costs, and maintain robust financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to ensure absolute accuracy and efficiency.
- Drive financial planning, annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Oversee cost accounting specifically for garment production (raw materials, labor, overheads) and implement inventory controls to minimize wastage.
- Ensure strict statutory compliance, manage tax filings, and coordinate audits.




- Manage cash flow, working capital, vendor payments, and receivables to support smooth production schedules.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and financial presentations for executive leadership.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- MBA in Finance or equivalent skilled qualification.
- Minimum 2+ years of finance experience, ideally within the garments, apparel, fashion, or manufacturing sector.
- Strong expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, and ERP systems.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Zoho Analytics).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
