Job Summary The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the organization’s overall financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, and cash flow management. This role plays a key part in financial planning, cost control, and supporting leadership with strategic financial insights.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day accounting, finance, and treasury operations
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, and regulatory filings
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Implement and monitor internal controls and financial policies
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions




- Supervise and guide finance and accounting team members
- Support management in strategic planning, cost optimization, and risk management

Mandatory Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
- Professional qualification such as CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and audits
- Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)
- Experience in managing teams and coordinating with external stakeholders
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
