Hiring: Finance Intern | NBFC & Wealth Management

[Company Name] is a rapid-growing, RBI-registered NBFC and Wealth Management firm. We offer custom financing solutions along with asset management, portfolio advisory and investment strategies for retail and HNI clients. We’re looking for a motivated Finance Intern to join our core operations team.

The Role

You’ll sit at the intersection of NBFC finance operations and asset management: maintaining accurate books in Tally, running reconciliations, supporting loan book accounting and helping track wealth products.

What You’ll Do

Core Accounting & Tally

- Pass daily entries in Tally Prime: receipts, payments, journals, purchase/sales invoices
- Track vendor payments and employee reimbursements, ensuring correct ledger mapping
- Pull Tally data for GST, TDS and advance tax workings

NBFC Operations & Loan Accounting

- Update disbursements, EMI collections, bounce charges and interest components in the loan book
- Perform daily bank reconciliations across collection gateways, bank accounts and the loan management system
- Help monitor overdue accounts and update provisioning buckets

Wealth & Asset Management Support

- Compile data on AUM,



PTC/Bond inflows and outflows, and PMS/AIF client reporting
- Prepare MIS reports, liquidity position sheets and weekly cash flow updates for management

Who You Are

- Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, BAF, BBA, M.Com, MBA Finance, or CA/CMA Inter
- Solid working knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9 (mandatory)
- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic financial formulas) and MS Word
- Solid grasp of accounting fundamentals: golden rules, journal entries, ledger balancing
- Familiar with financial market basics: PTCs/Bonds, fixed income, asset allocation
- Detail-oriented, numerate, and trusted to handle confidential financial data
