Role Overview

Supports the finance and marketing teams with day-to-day coordination, data management and order handling. Suits a student or fresh graduate who is organised, good with numbers and keen to learn how finance and marketing run together.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Coordination

- Maintain records of invoices, payments, receipts and expense claims in Excel or Google Sheets.

- Follow up with vendors, influencers and internal teams for missing bills, invoices and payment details.

- Help prepare payment trackers, with due dates, amounts paid and pending, and payment status.

- Reconcile order, payment and influencer payout data and flag mismatches.

- Assist with GST and TDS documentation, and organise supporting documents for audits.

- Prepare simple weekly and monthly finance summaries for the manager.

Marketing Operations

- Enter and update influencer data: profiles, handles, follower count, rates, niche, contact details, deliverables and status.

- Maintain the influencer database and campaign trackers (outreach, confirmation, content live, payment).

- Coordinate with influencers on deliverables, timelines, content approvals and payment details.

- Track campaign performance, such as posts delivered, links, reach and engagement, and update the reports.

- Support marketing campaigns with scheduling, asset collection and basic reporting.

Order Management

- Enter and update orders (including influencer and barter or gifting orders) in the order management system or sheets.





- Track dispatch and delivery status, and follow up with logistics partners and the warehouse.

- Coordinate returns, replacements and order-related queries with customer support.

- Maintain order logs and keep stock and dispatch data accurate.

General Support

- Keep trackers, documents and folders organised and up to date.

- Send reminders and follow up on pending actions across teams.

- Prepare reports, presentations or data pulls when requested.

- Take on other tasks assigned by the manager.

Required Skills

- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, filters, basic VLOOKUP).

- Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.

- Clear written and verbal communication.

- Good follow-up discipline and time management.

- Ability to handle several tasks at once and meet deadlines.

Valuable to Have

- Basic understanding of accounting, invoicing and GST.

- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube and other social platforms.

- Exposure to tools such as Tally, Zoho, Shopify or Notion.

- Interest in influencer marketing and e-commerce operations.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month
