Finance teams to work with Business teams to drive organizational level objectives.Role The role involves working with multiple stakeholders to generate desired outcomes by driving individual specific areas within FP&A; including Fund transfer pricing (FTP), capital reporting, etc. Understanding of capital computation and business profitability reporting.Key Responsibilities1. Work data management and reconciliation processes to ensure data completeness and accuracy.

- Ensuring the monthly processes are executed in timely and productive manner.
- Ensure that processes are complied with the underlying framework FTP / Capital reporting [RBI guidelines].
- Understanding of RBI guidelines relating to Basel III.




- Manage the internal customer relationship through effective communication.
- Preparing presentation and MIS, etc. and experience in MS excel, SQL, Tableau.
- Preparing data requirement related to RBI, Statutory auditor�s and internal auditors in accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure that proper checks and balances are applied in all activities.
- Improvement in current process and streamline processes.

QualificationsOptimal qualification for success on the job is:

� Chartered Accountant / Post graduation/ Graduation from a recognized institute

� MBA from recognized institute

� Detailed understanding of Banking Company Businesses.

� Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language

� Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
