Job Summary

We are looking for skilled Finacle Testers with 2–8 years of experience in banking application testing, preferably with hands-on experience in Finacle 11.x. Candidates should have functional testing experience across conventional banking and Islamic banking modules, with a strong understanding of banking processes, transaction workflows, and end-to-end testing.

The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding business requirements, preparing test scenarios, executing test cases, reporting defects, and ensuring the quality of banking applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional testing of Finacle 11.x banking applications and related modules.
- Analyze business requirements and functional specifications to prepare test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute functional testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Test banking modules, including Core Banking (CB), CRM, CDH, CLOS, Treasury, CASA, Payments, Deposits, and Loans.
- Validate Forex Treasury transactions and related banking workflows.
- Perform testing of Islamic banking products, including CASA, Deposits, Loans, Investments, and Trade Finance.
- Validate end-to-end banking transactions, accounting entries, interfaces, and transaction processing.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
- Coordinate with business analysts, developers, functional consultants, and other testing team members.
- Prepare test execution reports, defect summaries, and testing status updates.
- Ensure test coverage, quality standards,



and timely completion of testing activities.
- Support UAT and assist business users in resolving functional issues.

Mandatory Skills

- 2–8 years of experience in software testing, preferably in the banking domain.
- Hands-on experience with Finacle 11.x.
- Functional testing experience in one or more of the following modules:Core Banking (CB)
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- CDH (Customer Data Hub)
- CLOS (Credit Loan Origination System)
- Treasury and Forex Treasury
- CASA (Current Account and Savings Account)
- Payments
- Deposits
- Loans
- Knowledge of Islamic banking modules:Islamic CASA
- Islamic Deposits
- Islamic Loans/Financing
- Islamic Investments
- Islamic Trade Finance
- Solid understanding of banking operations and financial transaction workflows.
- Experience in test case preparation, test execution, defect logging, and retesting.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in banking application implementation, upgrade, migration, or support projects.
- Knowledge of SIT, UAT, regression testing, and integration testing.
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira or similar tools.
- Understanding of end-to-end banking processes and reconciliation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a project environment.
