- On call support to Store/Office/Warehouse: Address calls assigned to him/her as per agreed SLA. Once call
- resolved, he/she need to provide all details before closing the call.

- Vendor Management: Coordination with registered vendor for any IT device repair.

- Hygiene check: Need to perform hygiene check as required to maintain IT equipment uptime.

- Projects: work on projects which are related to IT and perform assigned job as per timeline.

- Maintaining healthy relationship with customers & adherence of company laid process & policies.

- Proper adherence & effective utilization of Tool Management

- Extensive Travel within the City / outside cities

- Working on Holidays/Festivals/Late Hours / Night
