Role Description The Field Services Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jharkhand, India. This role involves visiting client sites to install, commission, inspect, and repair HVAC and air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety and quality standards.

The Field Services

Engineer will perform diagnostics and troubleshooting, complete preventive maintenance tasks, and provide technical support and guidance to customers on system use and care. Day-to-day responsibilities include documenting service activities, preparing reports, coordinating with the internal team for parts and scheduling, and maintaining clear, professional communication with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction. The role may require responding to urgent service calls,



participating in scheduled maintenance programs, and supporting continuous improvements in service processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Field Service skills, including on-site installation, commissioning, and repair of HVAC or related mechanical/electrical systems.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and control issues in air conditioning and HVAC equipment.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities, including explaining technical information clearly and guiding customers on system operation and best practices.
- Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance skills, such as performing routine inspections, cleaning, testing, and calibration to ensure long-term reliability.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including professional communication, active listening, and a solution-focused approach to client needs.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering (or a related technical field) is preferred.
- Experience working with commercial or residential HVAC systems and familiarity with safety standards and industry best practices is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office, travel to client locations within Jharkhand, and manage time effectively in the field.
- Basic knowledge of tools, test equipment, and relevant software for diagnostics and reporting, along with a commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance.
