Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant with hands-on expertise in SAP FSM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP CS. The ideal candidate should have experience in FSM implementation, rollout, integration, support, configuration, and production issue resolution. The candidate should possess robust knowledge of SAP FSM cloud, FSM-S/4 integration, IDOC processing, and field service business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP Field Service Management (FSM) solutions.
- Work on SAP FSM integration with SAP S/4HANA/ECC using standard connectors and IDOCs.
- Configure communication setup between SAP FSM and SAP S/4HANA systems.
- Perform FSM administration activities, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Handle production support incidents, problem management, and root cause analysis.
- Support FSM rollout, upgrade, migration, and Go-Live activities.
- Monitor and manage FSM cloud interfaces, queues, middleware, and IDOC processing.
- Work on FSM mobile application setup, SSO configuration, and domain migration activities.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP PM, CS, SD, Basis, and Integration teams.
- Prepare solution documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials.
- Conduct end-user training and provide post-go-live hypercare support.
- Manage service requests and incidents within SLA timelines.

- Experience in root cause analysis and production support environments.
