We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our construction sales team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, references, and online platforms.
- Meet prospective clients and explain the company's construction services.
- Convert inquiries into sales by understanding customer requirements.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of construction, interiors, or real estate sales is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Eligibility
- Minimum 6+ months of experience in Sales, Construction, Real Estate, Building Materials, or Interior Sales.
- Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license are preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Bangalore for client meetings.
